The address

Write to [email protected]. One person reads it and replies inside two business days. There is no phone line and no live chat widget, because neither would be staffed honestly.

What this address can help with

• Something on this site is wrong, out of date or badly worded
• A price or a label detail here does not match what you saw at the checkout
• A link is broken or a page will not load
• You want to know how this site makes money — the short answer is affiliate commission, and the long answer is on the disclaimer page
• A press or partnership question

What it cannot help with

Anything attached to an actual order. This site does not take payments, so it has no order numbers, no customer records, no tracking numbers and no ability to issue a refund. Those all sit with BuyGoods, the retailer who ran your checkout, and the receipt in your inbox has their support route on it.

Medical questions are the other category. We are not clinicians and will not guess about your medication, your diagnosis or whether you personally should take a supplement. That conversation belongs with your own doctor or pharmacist, and the FAQ flags the specific points — blood thinners, shellfish sourcing, pregnancy — that are worth raising with them.

If you are mid-refund

Go to BuyGoods with your order number inside sixty days of the charge. The steps are written out on the official page. Forwarding the request to us only adds days to it.

Corrections

Corrections are the messages we most want. If a figure on this site is wrong, say which page and which figure and it will be checked against the label or the checkout the same day. Two things on this site are already known to be imprecise and are flagged where they appear: the source of the glucosamine, which the label does not state, and the split of the 1,398 mg between the five ingredients, which is not published by anyone. Neither is something an email to us can resolve.

Writing about your own experience

People sometimes send in how they got on with the product. That is welcome, but nothing arrives on the reviews section without permission to print it, and nothing is edited to sound more positive than it was sent. Two of the six accounts currently on the homepage report no benefit at all, and they stay there for the same reason the rest do.

Response times

Two business days is the usual turnaround. Messages sent on a Friday evening are generally answered Monday or Tuesday. If a week has passed with nothing, the message almost certainly went to spam on one side or the other — send it again rather than assuming it was ignored.
